777 Old Woman Springs RD. - Flamingo BLossom
Our property is a 4.4 acre commercially zoned property next to La Copine and close to the Integratron, Giant Rock Meeting Room, Pioneertown , Joshua Tree National Park and the many other wonders the High Desert has to offer. Not only will the hotel portion be an alternative to the over saturation of Airbnbs in local neighborhoods, but the property will provide commercial spaces for a market and art gallery, a family friendly outdoor space, and an event space for retreats, weddings, art events, and, when needed, disaster relief. The hotel cottages on property will be one or two bedrooms and give guests separate areas in a shared complex. Our native landscaping will focus on supporting the local eco system and our low profile structures will incorporate into the landscape with minimal light pollution.
We have engaged local contractors and artisans for the project and had many meetings with local community members. Please see the Flamingo Heights Community Association Facebook page for the videos of our two community meetings from October 5, 2024 and May 4, 2024.
